Survey Says: 79% think Congress should renew “No Child Left Behind”

Tuesday, October 20, 2009

A national survey was conducted in early 2009 asking 3,200 Americans (including 709 public school teachers) their opinions on a variety of education topics. When asked if they think Congress should renew the “No Child Left Behind” act, 21% chose to renew the act as is, 28% chose to renew with minimal changes, 30% chose to renew with major changes, and only 22% chose to not renew at all.

Do you want this act renewed?
