The number of 16- to 18-year old “neets” – not in education, employment or training – keeps rising during this recession. And the figure is even higher among 18- to 24-year olds. How can we fix this? Experts suggest increased apprenticeships, internships and skills training to help them succeed in a competitive labor market.  Do you think this would help?
