College is Possible is the American Council on Education’s K-16 youth development program that motivates middle and highs school students from underserved communities to seek a college education.

Delaware Futures provides academic, social, and motivational support that empowers economically disadvantaged high school students to recognize and fulfill their potential and become matriculated college students.

CHOICES is an interactive program designed to help 8th grade Delaware students understand that all decisions have consequences. The program stresses consistent exercise of self-discipline with education, career planning, and time and money management as the key to success.
