The Delaware College Access Network (DECAN)
was formed to help clear away those obstacles —
so students can stay on the path to college
access and success.
DECAN is a partnership between educational
service providers, advocates, funders and researchers. The group works to provide a support structure that helps families and students prepare for college through college awareness, academic guidance and academic support.
